This past Saturday I played at the Franklin Farmers market in Franklin TN, just behind the Factory. The Factory BTW is an old building turned into sort of a fancy mall. There is one store in there I like very much, Artisan Guitars.
I used my Bose L1 Model 2 PA system with tonematch mixer at the top corner of this pavilion. The sound was heard all the way to the front of the entrance. And get this, it wasn’t even too loud for those next to me. I had a great time watching children dance as I played my music! I even played some improvised Twinkle Twinkle Little Star.
I also hung out with my friend Kevin. We hit up Two Old Hippies in the Gulch. Many famous people have been seen there including myself! 🙂 Taylor Swift and Val Kilmer are two that I know of. I’m sure there plenty more.
We went to The Old Time Picking Parlor, which is a neat place to go and check out.
This week I’ll be playing solo at Kalamata’s in Green Hills. It’s a great little restaurant to eat at. Greek style and the music is Lance style. 🙂 or fingerstyle, if you will.
Come on out this Sat Nov 10th 6-830pm. Kalamata’s Green Hill just south of 440 bypass on Hillsboro pk. You never know who you will see there.
