Lance Allen Trio Plays Country Music Hall Of Fame

Me and the band played a gig at the Country Music Hall Of Fame in Nashville, TN. The band is comprised of Brian Shind (Bass) and Kyle Jones on percussion. We had a great time playing for the UPSTREAM2012 event social hour. The music was perfect for such and event as wine drinking and eating food and being social.

Here are some sampling of our music being played there.

“Sleep Walk”

“Happy Together”

Guitar center Retreat in Palm Springs CA

So I had a great time with the KMC music group this last week. Got to hang with really cool people. Even the bass player of Danzigg. Yeah maybe you remember that band. He was so funny.

California Was beautiful and I got a few wonderful pictures of the trip. I got to meet a lots of Guitar Center Managers and district managers, including the CEO of the company.

I played Mojo at the Takamine/Ovation booth and I’m sure I’ll be doing more events like this.

Here’s some video I made of the Takamine/Ovation booth.

I’m playing some cool made up stuff in the back ground. I hope you like it.

Those are some really sweet Fender Tele guitars there!

New Gig bag for my guitar!

Today I recieved a new gig bag for my guitar.

It’s important to keep your guitar safe and secure when traveling.

My friend and co-guitarist, Rob Higginbotham,

mentioned his interest in Mono cases.

I went on and got one and it is a fantastic guitar gig bag.

Most gig bags are not like this, but this one will drop to the floor,

and my guitar is completely safe.

Check out there cases!

Videoing students today

So I videod a couple of my students today. Not only is it a great way to market my business, but it is an excellent way to get the student motivated!

This is of a 9yr Old playing really great and working hard on strumming and chord changing.

This one is of a younger girl who is playing single notes really well!

This is one of my ukulele students busting out some bad chops on Oh my darlin Clemetine.
